Title V Block Grant 2008 - The public is hereby notified that the Department of Health and Human Resources, Office of Maternal, Child and Family Health, is posting the Federal application to the Health Resources and Services Administration under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for Title V Funds. The FY 2008 application is available for review at the Office of Maternal, Child and Family Health, or online at www.wvdhhr.org/mcfh/blockgrant from October 1, 2007 through April 30, 2008.
